Returns

Changed your mind? Something not quite right? Don't like the fit? No problem!

Within 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements or refunds for any faulty items and for change of mind we offer store credit only - a return shipping charge of $11.95 will be deducted from any store credit once processed via the Returns Portal below. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and it its original packaging. Once received and checked we will issue a replacement, refund or store credit (less the $11.95 return shipping cost).

Please note: refunds may take 2-5 working days to process from receipt of returned goods.

Cancellations & Changes

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 2 hours of placing your order.

Damaged & Faulty

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported with photographic evidence via email (help@foxandfallow.com.au) within five days of receipt. Please do not return faulty goods unless instructed by Customer Happiness first who will supply you with a Return Shipping Label.

Refused & Returned Packages

Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred.

International Returns:

For International returns please contact us at help@foxandfallow.com.au with your order number to organise your return. We will provide a shipping estimate and if approved we will provide a shipping label for you to attach and drop off at your local post office.
