When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days (5-7 days during sale periods). We ship Monday to Friday all over Australia, from our Brisbane Warehouse and offer same-day dispatch for express orders placed before 12 noon. You can select standard (7-14 working days) or express shipping (1-4 working days) when you check out. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 and free NZ, US, UK and Canada shipping on orders over $250*, free over $500 for Rest of World.
Do you offer Same Day Dispatch?
We sure do, but only on express orders, ordered before 12pm (midday). We generally get orders with standard shipping out each day as well, but can't guarantee it. N.B. During sale times please be aware that our Same Day Dispatch Service is suspended due to the volume of orders.
Can you express ship my order?
Of course! Please just select "EXPRESS SHIPPING" when you checkout. Please email hello[at]foxandfallow.com.au if you have any questions about your order.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Please just see our shipping rates above. If your country isn't listed or you're not able to make an order with your country selected please email hello[at]foxandfallow.com.au and we will be happy to process your order for you.
Please note: the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes. We recommend checking with your local custom office about duties and taxes that may apply to orders over a certain amount.
If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded less the original shipping costs.
Unfortunately we cannot not mark any parcels as a ‘gift’ or ‘sample’ to avoid you paying taxes/import fees.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection covers damage, loss, or theft of the package during transit from Fox & Fallow's warehouse to your postal address. In the event that your parcel is damaged or lost in transit we will replace it free of charge.
The following situations are excluded from the Shipping Protection:
• Any loss or damage caused to the parcel by the receiver.
• Damage caused by delays in the transportation process beyond the control of our shipping providers, such as natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Q. My discount code won’t work?
A. Please just reach out to us via the live chat or by emailing hello@foxandfallow.com.au so we can help you out. N.B. Discount codes aren’t compatible with sale items - sorry guys! Save them for the next time we’re not on sale.
Q. Hey you've got a sale on and I usually get free shipping on orders over $100. Why do I have to pay $9.95 now?
A. Because we offer some massive discounts and some amazing free gifts during our sales, we've had to remove free shipping during the sale. Shipping can be expensive and our $9.95 rate is usually much cheaper than what it costs us to ship, so we hope you understand.
Q. I forgot to add my Free Gift, am I too late?!
A. Please just email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we can manually add it. Our team is always be looking out for orders that might be missing a free gift as well so we’ve got your back ;)
Q. I bought something last week and now it’s on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
A. Unfortunately not - sorry guys! Sale prices are only valid during the sale period.
Q. I bought a Gift Card on sale, why is the amount discounted too?
A. Gift Cards are treated as currency so unfortunately the amount paid will be the gift card amount.
Q. Why did my item get refunded?
A. We're so sorry about that! Occasionally there are errors with inventory and an item you purchase may in fact be sold out. If this is the case we will issue a refund for out of stock items.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Changed your mind? Something not quite right? Don't like the fit? No problem! We offer exchanges or refunds on all items, we just ask that you pay for the return shipping. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and it its original packaging. Please start your return here.
Q. Do you offer customisation options for your products?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer customisation options at this time. So sorry!
Q. Are your baby books gender-neutral?
A. Yes, all of our baby books have gender-neutral inside pages. However, some designs may have more feminine or masculine covers.
Q. Are the insides of your baby books the same?
A. Yes, the insides of our baby books are the same. The only difference is the cover design (outside and inside cover). Our mini baby books are also the same as the large size, just a bit smaller in size :)
Q. Can you purchase boxes separately from the journals?

Q. Are your baby books suitable for a same sex couple?
A. They sure are! All of our baby books are non-gender specific, they don’t mention mum or dad so they are perfect for same sex couples 🌈
Q. Are the insides of your wedding planners the same?
A. Yes, the insides of our wedding planners are the same, the only difference is the cover design (with the exception of the same-sex wedding planner which has been designed specifically for same-sex couples and is non-gender specific).
