Changed your mind? Something not quite right? Don't like the fit? No problem!
We offer refunds on all items within 30 days of purchase, we just ask that you pay for the return shipping via the Returns Portal below (minimum cost $9.95AUD). All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and it its original packaging. Once received and checked we will issue a full refund.
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 2 hours of placing your order. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported with photographic evidence via email (hello@foxandfallow.com.au) within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred.
Please note: refunds may take 2-5 working days to process from receipt of returned goods.

For International returns please contact us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au with your order number to organise your return. We will provide a shipping estimate and if approved we will provide a shipping label for you to attach and drop off at your local post office.
