We offer refunds on all items within 30 days of purchase, we just ask that you pay for the return shipping via the Returns Portal below (minimum cost $9.95AUD). All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and it its original packaging. Once received and checked we will issue a full refund.

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 2 hours of placing your order. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported with photographic evidence via email (hello@foxandfallow.com.au) within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred.
