Q. What is The Bubble™ made from?
A. The Bubble™ is made from premium, food-safe materials including SS304 food grade stainless steel, a powder-coated stainless steel base, a matte PP and silicone lid, a BPA-free Tritan™ chug cap, and a silicone handle.

Q. Is The Bubble™ leakproof?
A. Yes. The Bubble™ is designed to be leakproof when the lid and chug cap are correctly secured.

Q. Is The Bubble™ dishwasher safe?
A. Yes. The Bubble™ is dishwasher safe on the top rack only. For best long-term care and to help preserve the finish, we recommend hand washing where possible.

Q. Can I put hot drinks in The Bubble™?
A. The Bubble™ is designed primarily for cold hydration and performs best with cold beverages. If using with warm liquids, please take extra care and always ensure the lid is fitted correctly.

Q. Will The Bubble™ fit in a cup holder?
A. The Bubble™ fits in larger cup holders, but not all. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking your cup holder dimensions against the bottle size before purchasing.

Q. What size is The Bubble™?
A. The Bubble™ holds 700ml / 24oz and measures approximately 23.3cm high x 8.6cm wide.

Q. What comes included with The Bubble™?
A. Each Bubble™ includes the Ball Lid, Handle, Base, and Chug Cap.

Q. Is The Bubble™ safe and non-toxic?
A. Yes. The Bubble™ is made using FDA and EU approved safe materials and is BPA-free.

Q. Can I use The Bubble™ for sparkling water or carbonated drinks?
A. We recommend using caution with carbonated beverages, as pressure can build up inside the bottle and may cause leaking or splashing when opened.

Q. Why is there condensation or moisture around the lid area?
A. The stainless steel body is double-walled and vacuum insulated, so condensation should not form on the bottle itself. If moisture appears near the lid, it may be from the cap area, residual water after washing, or condensation from the mouthpiece after use.

Q. Can the outside of The Bubble™ scratch or chip?
A. Like most powder-coated drink bottles, the exterior can show signs of wear over time with drops, knocks or friction against rough surfaces. We recommend handling with care to help preserve the finish.

This product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues such as faulty insulation performance, leaking due to manufacturing defects, faulty lid or cap components, or issues with the handle or fitted parts under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:
• general wear and tear
• cosmetic marks, scratches, dents, chips or scuffs to the powder-coated finish
• damage caused by drops, impacts, rough handling or accidental damage
• damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning or harsh cleaning products
• damage caused by placing the bottle in the freezer, microwave or exposing it to extreme heat
• leaks caused by incorrect assembly, cross-threading, or not securing the lid or chug cap correctly
• odours, staining or residue caused by liquids left inside for extended periods
• damage caused by use with carbonated drinks, pressure build-up, or improper storage
