These are seconds items and include some imperfections. Q. What’s the difference between the 2nd Edition and 3rd Edition Baby Book?

A. Our 3rd Edition Baby Book includes all the much-loved features of the 2nd Edition, plus added pages such as IVF Journey, Donor Details, Letter from My Donor, and an updated Family Tree.

Our 2nd Edition Baby Book also includes beautiful gold gilded edges and extra pages such as Star Signs, Birth Flowers, Birth Stones and a Baby Teeth Chart, but does not include the additional IVF and donor-related pages found in the 3rd Edition.

Q. Is there a difference between the different Baby Book cover designs?

A. All of our Baby Books have the same internal content within the same edition. The main difference between styles is the cover design. If you’re comparing the same edition, the pages inside are the same unless otherwise stated.

Q. What’s the difference between the boxed and non-boxed versions?

A. The main difference is the packaging. The Boxed versions come packaged in a keepsake box. The book itself is generally the same unless the product description notes otherwise.

Q. What’s the best way to stick photos into the Baby Book?

A. For the best result, we recommend using a strong double-sided tape or a photo-safe adhesive. This helps photos stay secure and is less likely to cause the paper to ripple compared to some glues.

Q. What kind of pen should I use?

A. We recommend using a high-quality ballpoint or rollerball pen and testing it on a small area first if you’re unsure. As paper types can react differently to various inks, we suggest avoiding heavy ink pens, markers or gel pens that may bleed through.

Q. Can you personalise or customise my Baby Book?

A. At this stage, we do not offer personalisation or customisation options.

Q. Is this suitable as a baby shower or newborn gift?

A. Absolutely! Our Baby Books are designed to be a beautiful keepsake and make a thoughtful gift for baby showers, newborn arrivals or expecting parents.

Q. What does “SECONDS” mean?
A. SECONDS items are products with minor cosmetic imperfections or flaws, which is why they are offered at a reduced price. These imperfections do not usually affect the usability of the item, and they are still intended to be functional.

Q. What kind of flaws can SECONDS items have?
A. SECONDS flaws can vary from item to item and may include small marks, scuffs, slight printing imperfections, minor dents, scratches, packaging imperfections or finish inconsistencies.

A. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide photos of the exact flaws for each SECONDS item, as the imperfections can vary between pieces.

Q. Why are some SECONDS items cheaper than others?
A. The price difference usually reflects how noticeable the flaw is. In general, the lower the price, the more noticeable the imperfection may be. However, the item should still remain usable and functional.

A. Please note that SECONDS items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

I love the texture and embossed gold details on the front and sides when closed and the colour (Powder) is such a great colour and can be gender neutral.
