• Wipe clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after use.

• For tougher marks, gently spot clean using a soft cloth with a small amount of baking soda and water, or a diluted white vinegar solution.

• Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry.

• Allow your lunch bag to dry completely before storing to help prevent moisture build-up or mould.

• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct heat.

Q. Is the Large Lunch Bag insulated?
A. Yes! Our Large Lunch Bags are insulated to help keep food and drinks cooler (or warmer) for longer. For best results, we recommend pairing with an ice pack where needed.

Q. Is the Large Lunch Bag waterproof?
A. The outer fabric is made from waterproof PET and is both stain and water resistant, making it easy to wipe clean. Please note, while the fabric is water resistant, the bag is not designed to be fully leakproof if liquids spill inside.

Q. How do I clean my lunch bag?
A. We recommend wiping your lunch bag down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after use. For stubborn marks, you can gently spot clean with a soft cloth using a small amount of baking soda and water, or a diluted white vinegar solution. Always allow the bag to dry fully before storing.

Q. What lunch boxes fit inside the Large Lunch Bag?
A. Our Large Lunch Bag is extra roomy and fits most popular lunch boxes, including brands like B.Box, Bentgo, MontiiCo, OmieBox, Yumbox, PlanetBox and more. A full compatibility list is available in the product description.

Q. My lunch box isn’t listed. Will it still fit?
A. If your lunch box isn’t listed, feel free to reach out to our team at help@foxandfallow.com.au and we’ll be happy to help. If possible, include the lunch box brand and dimensions so we can guide you.

Q. Can I stretch the bag to fit a lunch box that’s slightly bigger?
A. We don’t recommend forcing larger lunch boxes into the bag, as this may stretch the fabric and place pressure on the lining or zips over time. If a lunch box is marked as not recommended, it may fit physically but could affect the longevity of the bag.

Q. Is the Large Lunch Bag safe for kids?
A. Yes. Our Large Lunch Bags are made from safe and non-toxic materials and are Lead, Phthalate and BPA free.

This product is covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship, including issues such as faulty zips, stitching, straps, hardware or seams under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:
• general wear and tear
• cosmetic marks, scuffs, staining or fading
• damage caused by overfilling, excessive weight, improper washing or misuse
• damage caused by sharp objects, rough handling or heat exposure
• water damage to contents or damage caused by submerging the backpack
