Our warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues such as faulty zips, stitching, hardware or lining construction.

The warranty does not cover:
• general wear and tear
• cosmetic marks, scratches, scuffs or staining
• damage caused by overfilling or misuse
• damage caused by liquids, oils, makeup spills or improper cleaning
• damage caused by heat exposure or rough handling
