Our warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues such as stitching faults, handle defects, zip faults or seam construction issues.

The warranty does not cover:
• general wear and tear
• cosmetic marks, stains, fading or scuffs
• damage caused by overloading, excessive weight or misuse
• damage caused by sharp objects, rough handling or improper cleaning
• shrinkage or distortion caused by soaking or heat exposure
