For tougher marks, gently spot clean using a soft cloth with a small amount of baking soda and water, or a diluted white vinegar solution.

Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry.

Allow your lunch bag to dry completely before storing to help prevent moisture build-up or mould.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this can lead to rubbing and wear on the corners.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct heat.

Q. What’s the difference between the Mini and Large Lunch Bag?
A. Our Mini Lunch Bag is a little smaller and ideal for younger kids, snack-style lunches or smaller lunch boxes. The Large Lunch Bag offers more room for bigger lunch boxes and extra snacks.

Q. Is the Mini Lunch Bag insulated?
A. Yes! Our Mini Lunch Bags are insulated to help keep food and drinks cooler (or warmer) for longer. For best results, we recommend using an ice pack where needed.

Q. How do I clean my Mini Lunch Bag?
A. We recommend wiping it clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after use. For stubborn spots, gently spot clean with a soft cloth using a small amount of baking soda and water, or a diluted white vinegar solution. Always allow it to dry completely before storing.

Q. Is the Mini Lunch Bag waterproof?
A. The outer fabric is made from waterproof PET and is stain and water resistant, making it easy to clean. Please note, the bag is not designed to be fully leakproof if liquids spill inside.

A. The Mini Lunch Bag fits a wide range of smaller and snack-sized lunch boxes, including selected styles from B.Box, Bentgo, MontiiCo, OmieBox, Yumbox, PlanetBox and more. A full fit list is available in the product description.

A. Yes. Our Mini Lunch Bags are made from safe and non-toxic materials and are Lead, Phthalate and BPA free.

This product is covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship, including issues such as faulty zips, stitching or hardware under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• general wear and tear
• cosmetic marks, scuffs or staining
• damage caused by overfilling, forcing oversized lunch boxes inside, improper storage or misuse
• damage caused by washing, soaking, harsh cleaning products or heat exposure
• mould or odour caused by storing the bag while damp
