Q. Are your backpacks and lunch bags machine washable?
A. Our backpacks are machine washable (front-loader only) but our Lunch Bags are hand wash only.

Allow your items to dry completely before storing to help prevent moisture build-up or mould. Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this can lead to rubbing and wear on the corners. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct heat.

BACKPACKS: for best results, we recommend a gentle cold cycle and placing the bag in a wash bag or pillowcase to help protect the straps, zips and hardware.

LUNCH BAGS: Wipe clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after use. For tougher marks, gently spot clean using a soft cloth with a small amount of baking soda and water, or a diluted white vinegar solution. Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry.

Q. Are your backpacks waterproof?
A. Our backpacks are made from water resistant fabric, which helps protect against light splashes and everyday use. They are not fully waterproof, so we recommend avoiding heavy rain or submerging the bag in water.

Q. Is the junior backpack suitable for older kids or adults too?
A. The Junior Backpack is a great size for toddlers and school-aged kids. The Campus Backpack is designed to suit tweens, teens and adults thanks to its roomy 36L capacity and functional design.

Q. What is the backpack made from?
A. Our backpacks are made from recycled ocean bound plastic using recycled polyester (RPET), making them a more planet-friendly option without compromising on quality or durability.

Q. Are the zippers good quality?
A. Yes. Our backpacks feature smooth, high-quality YKK zippers designed for durability and everyday use.

Q. What’s the difference between the Mini and Large Lunch Bag?
A. Our Mini Lunch Bag is a little smaller and ideal for younger kids, snack-style lunches or smaller lunch boxes. The Large Lunch Bag offers more room for bigger lunch boxes and extra snacks.

Q. Are the Lunch Bags insulated?
A. Yes! Our Lunch Bags are insulated to help keep food and drinks cooler (or warmer) for longer. For best results, we recommend using an ice pack where needed.

Q. How do I clean my Lunch Bags?
A. We recommend hand washing or wiping it clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after use. For stubborn spots, gently spot clean with a soft cloth using a small amount of baking soda and water, or a diluted white vinegar solution. Always allow it to dry completely before storing.

Q. Are the Lunch Bags waterproof?
A. The outer fabric is made from waterproof PET and is stain and water resistant, making it easy to clean. Please note, the bag is not designed to be fully leakproof if liquids spill inside.

Q. Which lunch boxes fit inside the Lunch Bags?
A. The Mini and Large Lunch Bags fit a wide range of lunch boxes, including selected styles from B.Box, Bentgo, MontiiCo, OmieBox, Yumbox, PlanetBox and more. A full fit list is available in the product description.

Q. My lunch box isn’t listed. Can you help?
A. Absolutely. If your lunch box isn’t listed, please reach out to us at help@foxandfallow.com.au with the brand and dimensions, and we’ll do our best to help.

Q. Are the Lunch Bags safe for kids?
A. Yes. Our Lunch Bags are made from safe and non-toxic materials and are Lead, Phthalate and BPA free.

Lunch Bags and Backpacks are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.  

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship, including issues such as faulty zips, stitching, straps, hardware or seams under normal use.   

The warranty does not cover: 

• general wear and tear 
• cosmetic marks, scuffs, staining or fading 
• damage caused by overfilling, excessive weight, improper washing or misuse 
• damage caused by sharp objects, rough handling or heat exposure 
• water damage to contents or damage caused by submerging the backpack or lunch bag
• damage caused by top-loader machine washing
