After many of our dear friends experienced the loss of their babies we realised there were so many options for parents with babies earth side and very few options for those who had lost a child. Evidence shows bereaved parents do not feel included or heard. • For best results when adding photos or keepsakes, we recommend using a strong double-sided tape or photo-safe adhesive.

• Avoid overfilling the book with bulky keepsakes, as this may place pressure on the binding over time.

Q. Does this suit for the loss of a child?
A. Our Forever in Our Hearts Memorial Journal is currently the only one we have, and it was designed specifically for miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss. However, the journal is divided into sections, and the Healing and Journaling parts are focused on the universal journey of grief and honoring a child's memory. Some parents do still find comfort in those sections, but the theme is very much centered on infancy.

Q. What is the difference between the boxed and unboxed version?
A. The boxed version includes the same journal but comes in a blank cream/ivory linen keepsake box, perfect for storing meaningful items such as photos, hospital tags, cot cards, pressed flowers or other mementos.

A. SECONDS items are products with minor cosmetic imperfections or flaws, which is why they are offered at a reduced price. These imperfections do not usually affect the usability of the item, and they are still intended to be functional.

Q. What kind of flaws can SECONDS items have?
A. SECONDS flaws can vary from item to item and may include small marks, scuffs, slight printing imperfections, minor dents, scratches, packaging imperfections or finish inconsistencies.

Q. Can I see the exact flaws before purchasing?
A. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide photos of the exact flaws for each SECONDS item, as the imperfections can vary between pieces.

Q. Why are some SECONDS items cheaper than others?
A. The price difference usually reflects how noticeable the flaw is. In general, the lower the price, the more noticeable the imperfection may be. However, the item should still remain usable and functional.
